Deep Cove Winery is a family-owned and operated winery on the Saanich Peninsula. From tending the vines together to greeting guests in our tasting room, our family works side by side to create a welcoming, neighbourly atmosphere.
Nestled between the rolling hills of Horth Hill Regional Park and the shoreline of Deep Cove Beach, our three-acre vineyard has been growing grapes for more than 25 years. Situated in one of the warmest pockets of the region, our land offers an ideal climate for producing beautifully balanced wines.
Every bottle we craft is made with care and cellar-aged to highlight the character of region. For us, winemaking is both a craft and a celebration of the place we’re fortunate to call home.

In July 2019, husband and wife team, Quinn and Michela, launched their flagship Rosso Vermouth after falling in love with all things apéritif. Since then, they’ve added unique seasonal aperitifs including Kina-Salal and Bitter Orange, as well as favourite mainstays like Limoncello and Bitter Red. In 2023 they won World’s Best Dry Vermouth and World’s Best Semi-Sweet Vermouth for their Dry and Rosso Vermouths, respectively, at the World Vermouth Awards in London, UK.

Hornby Island Estate Winery was founded in 1999, the dream of John Grayson and Joan Costello. Hornby Island is part of the Wine Islands region – the perfect climate for growing fruits and berries. Now over two decades old, the orchard produces exquisite French and English cider apples. While the other fruits and berries are sourced from nearby local farmers. All wine making happens right on site where each and every bottle is hand-crafted.
