We are a family business located in the cowichan valley since 2012 producing a range of gorurmet freeze dried meals and snacks (West Coast Kitchen line) serving the outdoor recreation and emergency preparedness communities. We also make hot sauces and preserves made from chilis we grow at our farm (Fat Chili Farm line). . We are one of very few canadian manufacturers of freeze dried meals and our offerings combine a range of unique, healthy recipes with gluten free, vegetarian, vegan and lower sodium options.
