Sparrow Printmaking

My name is Jennifer and I’m the artist behind Sparrow Printmaking. I have been drawing, painting, and creating since I can remember and have recently been exploring the art of relief printmaking. I create handmade linocut artwork by carefully carving my designs out of a block of linoleum, applying ink and then hand pressing the carved pieces onto beautiful papers. Much of the inspiration for my art comes from spending time in nature, including my own garden. All of my work is hand-drawn, hand-carved, and hand-printed in my home studio in Victoria, BC.

Bellamy Home

Meghan Bellamy developed her own unique style of artwork by using skills similar to paper tolling and then swapped paper for wood. Using wood adds warmth, shadows and it’s own fingerprint by showing wood grain. Making each piece interesting and different from the next. Meghan enjoys using an earthy pastel palette to emote the feeling of calm throughout her work.

Growing up Meghan loved to create artwork via kits, so she knew she wanted to create her own. She developed her own paint by number kit, so you can share in the enjoyment of creating your own artwork!
