Born and bred on Canada’s West Coast, Jen Cox is a West Coaster at heart. Her nuts represent the best of the West Coast attitude and lifestyle: a little bit healthy, a little bit laid back, fun, and a unique mix of flavours and ingredients. For years, nuts have been her go-to snack, especially when travelling because they’re portable, readily available, simple, relatively healthy and easy to share!
